Prep-Explorers

(Preschoolers)

Our preschool program begins once our children make the transition from the toddler classrooms.  The title of the class, Prep-Explorers says it all.  Research shows that children learn best through real experiences.  Our teachers, curriculum and philosophy provide many opportunities for hands on, meaningful learning experiences.

Our preschool classes have an abundance of learning opportunities to offer expanding young minds.   Our teachers empower the children with choices and challenges throughout the day, which provide them with the opportunity for exploration and hands on learning.  Children are offered active learning centers to spark their interest and creativity.  The art, music, science, sensory, dramatic play, block, writing, library, manipulative and quiet centers all work together to provide a play-like learning ennvironment where the children can learn through active exploration!

Prep-Explorers II

(Preschool 2)

Our Preschool 2 program was designed for children who turn four after September 1st (making them ineligible for Pre-K) and by April 1st of the current school year.  However, this program is also a great fit for children who turn four between June 1st and September 1st and choose to take advantage of the extra year between a Preschool and Pre-K program.  This program partners with our Pre-K to provide children with a developmentally appropriate curriculum that will prepare them for their Pre-K experience, and provide them a platform on which they can reach their maximum potential.  If you are interested in our Preschool 2 program please call for enrollment information!

Pre-K Program

(Privately Funded)

North Point Prep is excited to introduce a Private Pre-K program to our list of wonderful programs.  The Private Pre-K program will offer the Creative Curriculum, and will focus on preparing children for Georgia Pre-K or Kindergarten.  The age guidelines for Private Pre-K enrollment state that children must turn four by September 1st of the current school year.  The Private Pre-K's goals and objectives are hand in hand with that of the Georgia Pre-K.  Using these goals and objectives will ensure that children are ready for Kindergarten upon leaving the program.
